With this data protection statement we inform about the processing of personal data.
Which data are collected? (categories of personal data)
In terms of personal data, essentially the necessary connection data (in particular IP address) is collected in order to be able to participate in the survey.
The information collected when participating in the survey is generally NO longer personal data after completing and submitting the questionnaire, as the collection is carried out in such a way that it is not possible to draw conclusions about the participating person (anonymization).

The TU Ilmenau collects the data by means of the survey software Unipark.

Auf welcher Rechtsgrundlage wird die TU Ilmenau tätig?
The TU Ilmenau will process personal data on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 subpara. 1 lit. e Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO). According to this provision, the processing of personal data is lawful insofar as it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest. This is the case with the above-mentioned purpose of the survey in accordance with the tasks of the TU Ilmenau under the Thuringian Higher Education Act (ThürHG).
How is the data used?
The personal data, i.e. the connection data as stated above, is only used to enable participation in the survey. No other use takes place. The TU Ilmenau also does not gain knowledge of this connection data, as it is stored exclusively by our order processor Unipark.
The information in the survey is no longer personal data (see above); its use depends on the stated purpose of the survey.
Wie lange werden die Daten gespeichert?
Die Verbindungsdaten werden für maximal 7 Tage gespeichert.
Welche Rechte habe ich im Allgemeinen?
Als betroffene Person haben Sie nach der DS-GVO folgende Rechte in Bezug auf Ihre personenbezogenen Daten, soweit deren jeweilige gesetzliche Voraussetzungen vorliegen: Das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), das Recht auf Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO), das Recht auf Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO), das Recht auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO), das Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO), das Recht auf Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung (Art. 21 DSGVO), das Recht auf Widerruf der Einwilligung (Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO).

Sie haben zudem das Recht, eine Beschwerde bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde, insbesondere in dem Mitgliedstaat Ihres gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltsorts, Ihres Arbeitsplatzes oder des Orts des mutmaßlichen Verstoßes, einzureichen, wenn Sie der Ansicht sind, dass die Verarbeitung der Sie betreffenden personenbezogenen Daten rechtswidrig ist.

Welche Rechte habe ich im Speziellen? (Freiwilligkeit)
Wie oben geschildert ist die Rechtsgrundlage die Erfüllung einer öffentlichen Aufgabe und nicht die Einwilligung. Dennoch besteht KEINE Verpflichtung zur Teilnahme an der Umfrage. Dies hat auch keinerlei negative Auswirkungen; insbesondere kann und wird an der TU Ilmenau niemand erfahren, ob ein Person an der Umfrage teilgenommen hat oder nicht.
